What is the difference between UHPC and RPC?
RPC (Reactive Powder Concrete) is an early name for UHPC. They are essentially the same material. UHPC is the internationally accepted term; RPC is mainly used in Chinese specifications. Performance indexes are essentially identical.
What is the difference between UHPC premix and UHPC base mix?
Premix = powder + steel fiber + superplasticizer. Just add water and mix on site. Base mix = binder without fiber. You need to source your own steel fiber and superplasticizer. Premix offers more stable quality and is suitable for small-to-medium customers.
Can UHPC be used for 3D printing?
Yes. UHPC 3D printing requires low-viscosity high early-strength formulations. Pay attention to inter-layer bonding quality. Guangdong BridgeTech can provide 3D printing specialized UHPC formulations and technical support.
What is the delivery cycle for UHPC?
Domestic regular orders: 7-15 days delivery. Export orders depend on quantity and certification requirements, generally 15-30 days. Urgent orders can coordinate expedited production.

Can UHPC be used in seawater?
Yes. UHPC porosity <2%, chloride ion permeability coefficient <0.02. In seawater immersion environment, 50-year carbonation depth <1mm. Corrosion resistance far exceeds normal concrete and steel structures.
Are UHPC bridges suitable for coastal salt-fog environments?
Very suitable. Cases like Shandong Peninsula Cross-Sea Bridge prove UHPC service life in salt-fog corrosive environments is 8-10Γ normal concrete, with 50-year maintenance-free performance.
Is UHPC compatible with stainless steel?
Yes. UHPC bonds well with stainless steel. Suitable for marine platforms, cross-sea bridges and other extreme corrosive environments. Total cost is lower than full stainless steel solutions.
